Until 5th November, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly charity board as Chair of Trustees.
We’re looking for someone with experience of leadership and strategic vision delivery who is ready for a new and rewarding challenge, has a passion for India and for helping children and young people, and who can commit to a term of 3 years to deliver the role alongside their other commitments.
All trustees fit the role flexibly around existing commitments and we estimate that the role requires a commitment of approximately 3-5 hours per week. The role is voluntary with expenses paid. Experience of chairing a Board, or of working in the third sector, is not essential and shadowing throughout the handover process as well as ongoing mentoring can be provided.
